LP-MSPM0C1104: rev A docu

Tool/software:

my customer has the older rev A version of LP-MSPM0C1104 (Device-ID: 0x0BBA102F ;  Trace-ID: 0x00000000(!?)) and rev B is not yet available for Europe. 
On ti.com only the newest rev B docu is available! 
Please provide the docs for rev A: user guide and erata.
