Your question is not very clear. Hardware UART module on MSP430F5xx support any baud rate that have small enough error calculated by formula (slau208 MSP430x5xx MSP430x6xx Family User's Guide) depending on UART clock source. With high enough clock it can go up to few Mbps without issue.

Any kind of TI FET, UART (CDC) bridge is limited only to standard values up to 115200 bps.
