Normal case (supply sine wave 50 Hz)
- Forground process will update instantanouse data (Vrms, Irms,..) every 1 s
Abnormal case (supply sine wave 50 Hz by dimmer)
- Forground process will not update every 1 second
Why background process cannot detect this signal and set ready flag every 1 second
