We provide several IAR workspace project in MSP430Ware, you can find software in below link:https://www.ti.com/tool/MSP430-SDK

If it does not contain what you asked, you can find an project for MSP430FR599X, then manually change the source code from msp430fr599x_euscia0_uart_03.c.

I went through every MSP430FR59X folder and I could not find any IAR or CCS project file. I have the code already. I think my issue may be in IAR project settings. Right now I can't even get TI code working. Thank you for your help
