    We do have some specific specifications and their associated certifications listed online in a few different places. You may want to start with the Automotive and Hi-Rel FAQs page. The parent page (Quality and Reliability) generally houses all certification and part rating specifications across all TI products.

    If you are interested you could also add me as a friend and I could provide you with a test cross showing our process flow steps, along with the specification we target and our compliance with each spec.
