I am working for a low temperature application for Spacecraft. I am trying to use the MSP430FR5969 for a space environment that is below the rated temperature of -40C; as low as -55C. Is there any testing below -40C for this part? Any documentation or further information on the expected chip behavior below this temperature limit would be greatly appreciated.
