    Hello Solofo,

    About the document of the SWD password, you can refer to the related chapter in G series TRM:

    1). chapter 1.4.2.1 Serial Wire Debug Related Policies;

    2). chapter 1.5.4, the register which is used to set the password of SWD;

    And for your easy usage when you write code, you can use the Sysconfig to set the password to SWD, find the "Configuration NVM"
