Part Number: MSP-FET

I apologize if this has been asked before, I could not locate it in the forum.
I am trying to build a board to power the MSP-FET from the Target (MCU power). I cannot find any sort of power consumption.
I am probably misunderstanding, but is the MSP-FET powered via the MCU power or is it powered via the USB connection and I do not need to worry about powering it? I see pin 4 on the JTAG pinout being connected to my board 3v3 power rail. Can anyone advise? I want to calculate the power budget required for my 3v3 rail.
