This is Pankaj Currently working with MSP430 micro in one of my projects, so I am confused about marking code marked on CHip as what is signifies.
Kindly let me know what the 3CA53DTG4 and 2CAXL9TG4 marking signifies, I have two different samples.

Hi Pankaj,
Those markings signify when and where the device was fabricated. This is helpful if there is a failure for failure analysis to detail if there was a manufacturing defect.
For functionality the important markings are the FR6047 for your device and Rev B for the variant. You can check the errata document to know which errata impact your variant.
