We just had a second look at the Errata on the space microcontroller

And it seems that we have missed something when we originally did the design with it.
Do TI have any more information about the error, especially about the maximum size of the error?
I.e. are the stored reference points just a few degrees off, or are the stored data kind of random and thereby maybe 20C off?
Our devices have the LOT code 82, so they are impacted by this issue.
