Where does the customer order this MSP-GNAG. Is it from the TI website? As far as I know, the MSP-GANG has been out of stock on TI store for a long time.

Yes, I bought it from TI  Store in July, and the order number is T05140293. May I ask what caused it?

Sorry for the late response. 

For problem one, what errors is get reported when they try to program more than 4 boards at the same time? Can customer provided a picture of there hardware connection when programming their boards?

For problem two, what errors is get reported when using port 4 for programming? Can customer also provide a screen shot of how they configure MSP-GNAG programmer GUI?

Hi,

It reports error code 33 on the MSP-GANG programmer. And I saw you are using jumping wires for programming. It could related to the noise on SBW lines. Try using a shorter line or shielded wires. These could help lower the noise issue on the programming lines.
