MSP430F5529: Can i use four communication lines at the same time?

Tool/software:

I need four communication lines as shown in the schematic below, is it okay to use like this? There is no conflict between ports, i guess.

That's three.

Simply, you can use as many "communication lines" as you have EUSCI's.

There are ways to share EUSCI's, or you can use software to "bit bang" things like serial (like Arduino's Software Serial)

Yes, you can, for every communication module have its clock so they can running at the same time but need the CPU or DMA to deal with the send or received data.
