1. we are use two  MSP430F6638 AND WE would like to use both side communicate using USB2.0 IS IT POSSIBLE ANY WAY.

2. IF YES THAN PLEASE PROVIDE CODE AND WAY OF THIS.

    No. For that (USB communication between two msp430 devices) one must be master and this is not supported by msp430 USB hardware module.
