Hi Eason,

MSPM0 parts have 3 registers that are used for part ID: TRACE ID, DEVICEID, and USERID. It sounds like you'd want to check the TRACE ID. Please check the register descriptions in section 1.7.1 of the technical reference manual for all 3 of these and let me know if you have any questions.
