Tool/software:

While referring to the required tools and hardware in order to program this, I have seen that both TI Code Composer StudioTm IDE (CCS) and IAR Embedded Workbench® for MSP430 IDE (IAR EW) are required.

Is it optional to any one of this IDE or do we need to use both of this together?
