Hello Athulya,

I think you need to add an 47 kΩ external pull-up resistor as we recommend in our datasheet.

FR2xx is with internal pull-up resistor on SBWTDIO pin, so external one is not nedeed, except if you need stronger pull-up due to noisy environment.
