My customer is asking if MSP430FR5969-SP has VCC power-up slew requirement (dV/dt) specification.
It seems there is no such parameter in datasheet.
The customer had an issue related to power-up slew with competitor's MCU before. That is why he asks for it.

Here is a cap and a res that keep RESET and Vcc in right sequence.
Reset signal should be a litter slow than Vcc, which let device have enough time for charging.
