Let’s say I flashed the ADC example code. Every time, I have to put a breakpoint to see the current ADC data. So, I need to know how to monitor the real-time ADC values without stopping the program. 

You can set up a memory watchpoint, but it will still break to read the variable:

I don't want to use the breakpoint and I want to see the real time updates of the variables.

You don't want to do this with the debugger since the constant memory accesses will slow down the MCU.

Use what I said before and send them out via serial and view them on a terminal - CCS/Theia provides one.
