MSP430FR5969-SP: SEL Guarantee

Tool/software:

The datasheet for the MSP430FR5969-SP claims it is SEL immune to to 72 MeV.cm2 /mg at 125°C, but the SEE test report claims the part was only tested at 25C. Is SEL hardness guaranteed by design, or was this part actually tested at elevated temperature?

Hi Ryan, so the 72 MeV was actually a result from a 3rd party's test, so we are currently working to verify this since it was done quite some time ago and I don't think anyone is in the group who was apart of this testing. The elevated temperature testing will be the one we actually do test, after which we will update the collaterals with the most up-to-date testing results. We are planning on completing this ~1Q25 currently.
