MSP430F122: MSP430F122 IC U5 malfunction

FCT test failure , Due to the same adverse phenomenon, J3 voltage is too low, Defective rate: 12%

After analysis and verification, it has been preliminarily confirmed that IC U5 has poor functionality

1. Heating and retesting FCT PASS for PCBA or IC, verifying and testing 5 pieces, but still failing after cooling down
2. IC U5 swap validation with 2 pieces each, pass test fail after swap, fail test pass
3. Re burn IC U5 and test FCT again, but it still fails
4. Replace 5 new IC materials, 4 pass, 1 fail
5. Measure the resistance of IC U5 and ensure that the bias voltage is basically the same

    What's this U5? U5 on PCB or shcematic?

    1. Heating and retesting FCT PASS for PCBA or IC, verifying and testing 5 pieces, but still failing after cooling down

    Used the same PCB? What's the heating method? And what's the temperature profile?

     Have you test this J3 voltage before heating?

    3. Re burn IC U5 and test FCT again, but it still fails

    Re-download the firmware to U5?

    4. Replace 5 new IC materials, 4 pass, 1 fail

    Are these five pieces also soldered to the PCB?

    5. Measure the resistance of IC U5 and ensure that the bias voltage is basically the same

    The table is this part's test result, correct?

    It seems that pass and failed device have the same resistance and bias.

    What's this bias and how does bias test?
