Problem: Recently, there have been four consecutive cases of high static power consumption after soldering of microcontrollers, with a probability of 1%. The microcontroller model is MSP430F2618TZCAR.
Phenomenon: After PCBA soldering, the static power consumption during testing is relatively high, but the microcontroller functions normally with a normal power consumption of less than 10uA, and the problematic chip has a static power consumption of around 30uA.
The four chips with problems have not undergone rigorous testing such as temperature shock and aging. There are no abnormal power on situations such as high voltage or current.
