I am looking into what is available in space grade devices for a new design and availability.

The above seem to be one such device. Looking for a small package 48 pin or less.

Internal Clock 50 MHz with option to operate 120 MHz

External Oscillator clock optional.

3.3 VDC I/O.

PWM for single and dual PWM push pull

ADC > 2x

comparators > 2x

May I know what kind of application you are using this MCU on? May I confirm the space grade device is similar with Radiation Hardened MCU such as MSP430FR5969-SP: MSP430FR5969-SP data sheet, product information and support | TI.com

MSP430FR5969-SP CPU frequency is 16MHz. May I confirm if you need CPU frequency is up to 120MHz?
