     Anyone knows the maximum sampling rate of SD16 ADC in MSP430F2003/2013?

    The maximum clock rate of the SD16 is 1MHz and the minimum oversampling ratio is 32, so the maximum sampling rate is 1,000,000/32 = 31250Hz. However, you won't be able to switch channels if you want to sample at this rate (channel switching requires 3 dummy conversions before a valid result is emitted) or get more than 14 significant bits with an OSR of only 32.
