MSP430F2350: Switch from IAR Embedded Worckbench to TI MSP430 SDK

Hello Stefan,

There is no automated tool for porting.  I see there is some IAR porting steps in this CCSv10 user guide, and should mostly still apply for CCSv12.  For CCSv20, I think it should still apply as well, but since this is a new tool I'm not sure currently.
