MSP430F2013 is used in our design and there is a recent observation reg the internal reference voltage and current. It is observed that Vref voltage of uc on boards that recently received is dropping when connected with the same circuit that was being used for few years now. IREF from the datasheet is showing Typ of 190uA and max of 280uA. Min current is not specified. Can you help clarify on the Min IREF that is guaranteed from the microcontroller.
