CC430F5137: Unstable or non-working internal 10kHz clock?

Part Number: CC430F5137
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC430F5147,

Tool/software:

Backlog, 70k units produced using CC430F5147 less than 1/1000 units had some issue and needed to be replaced by some reason, good output thx.

10k units produced using CC430F5137 in the last batch of circuits (marked CC430/F5137/TI 39K E/CG6E G4) we suddenly got an in-line programming issue using the BSL interface with over 200pcs.

We suspect that the internal 10kHz oscillator doesn’t work as supposed. We can program the devices using the J-Tag interface but then the unit doesn’t start up.

If we replace the faulty devices our product works as supposed. No changes in production setup or ESD handling and same BOM’s during this period, same programming equipment and operating staff.

Please advice how can we verify that the internal clock of 10kHz is working as supposed?

Thx
