Hello, does TI offer die CAD symbols or footprint models for MSP430F2619S-HT for KGD package or the technical drawing in DXF form?

    We can just provide the Die information, you can find it in the 3.3 chapter in the datasheet of MSP430F2619S-HT. And I don't remember we have the CAD symbol. If you need, maybe you can refer to the die information to generate one.
