Hi Team,

We are using one of your part# MSP430F2619S64KGD1 in our design. We need the DXF and DWG file for bare die information. In the datasheet at page no.10 (3.3 Bare Die Information) mentioned the outer dimension and for bond pad dimensions are missing in the diagram, refer bellow snap.

Please provide the 3D model, bare die package footprint and bond pad dimension with X-Y locations for bare die part.
