Which HID bridge should I use to connect to USSDC?

Is there a HID bridge that can check the communication contents?

Are there any products that only support HID bridge to communicate with USSDC? (I2C & UART communication)

It would be nice if the product recommended had a function to check communication data.

Well, no. There is no dedicated HID bridge board to connect with USSDC.
