I would need to know, about max. temp. vs humidity ratings for the MSP430FR2433.

E.g. which max. temp. is allowed, with 95% rel. humidity?

I can't find a datasheet, where this would be specified.

Hi Daniel,

The maximum temperature of this device for this device is up to 125 Celcius (this information can be find in the datasheet 5.1 Absolute Maximum Ratings section. As for the max. temp vs humidity rating, I would recommend looking over the TI's website Reliability tab, specifically the Qualification summary.
