Hi,

I am using MSP430FR6047 development board.

1.) By default here the capture duration is 40 micro seconds. On what basis I have to select the capture duration?

2.) Is it correct that if number of pulses = 25 & transmit frequency = 1MHz, then my actual captured samples will be 100.

Hi,

capture duration: It usually depends on the distance between the transducers. You should get the whole signal in the ADC capture window.

captured samples: It depends on the ADC sampling frequency and the ADC capture window length to determine how many data points is captured.
