I'm kind of desperate right now. I made an order online for one Chronos-433 and one CC1110DK-MINI-868. Immediately after the purchase I realized that I made a mistake (Chronos 433 instead of Chronos 868) so I called eStore support (on 12/7/2011). And this is how my nightmare starts.
They "canceled" my order right away so I made a new order for both items (as the operator said). To my surprise, after 24hs BOTH watches arrived (The canceled one and the right one). I called the support again and they said that It was a mistake... That I could return the item (At this point my credit card was charged, and if I returned it I should pay the shipping). But this is not the worst part. After this incident I called a couple of times to make sure that the other item was REALLY canceled (CC1110DK-MINI-868) and more important, that the one on my second order get shipped.
After 3 days, my order status still says: "Waiting to Ship" for CC1110DK-MINI-868 on both orders (By the way, item on eStore says "in Stock, Ships in 24 to 48 hours") . I'm from Argentina and I'm in the US till Tuesday morning. What should I do?.
I'm very very disappointing with eStore support. When I asked for an estimated shipping date, they said they couldn't know because eStore is "other department".
