MSP430F249: MSP-FET430UIF debug tool is not reliable

Tool/software:

I have purchased two new MSP-FET430UIF debug tool to load the program into my custom board which has MSP430F249.

Unfortunately this debug tool is unable to detect my board. I have tried using Uniflash tool Version: 8.1.0.4135 for loading the program.

Do you have any solution to address this firmware loading issue? Or do we have any alternate choice debug tool to load the firmware into MSP430F249.

Please provide your suggestions.
