The connection between the control board and the touchpad is two separate boards,
Connect through 40mm FFC wire. Is this plan feasible?

    Hi Reed,
    The plan seems feasible. However, you should be aware that the TX and RX signals should be separated from each other through the FFC. In your cable connections, consider including some ground lines between your TX and RX signals in the FFC cable. Suppose you must have other digital signals in the cable. The recommendation is to either place them between ground lines or near the TX lines, as they are less susceptible to interference.
