Hi,

I'd like to utilize the MSPM0 Diagnostic Library 1.0.0.xx or above to integrate selftests required by the certification.

I requested on through this page: MSPM0-DIAGNOSTIC-LIB earlier but the version I received was 0.90.00.01, which doesn't seem to have followed Texas Instruments internal software development for Functional Saety Quality process which has been certified to meet a Systematic Capability up to SIL-3 and ASIL-D.

Is there a way I can find or request one that's 1.0.0.xx or higher?
