We received an expired package from the supplier. Previously, according to the TI website, I checked the shelf life of TI components, which was 2.5 years.
However, it seems that this has changed recently. Now, there are many confirmations indicating shelf lives of 5 years, 8 years, 15 years, and 21 years.
We have checked multiple data sources on the TI website, but it has made us confused and difficult to understand.
Could you please tell us which document we can refer to in order to accurately define the shelf life of the components?
