This is compatible with MSP430 devices.

The MSPM0 development guide provides more details on page 47: https://www.ti.com/lit/slaaed1. It's for MSPM0 but it explains the C-gang's pinout and GUI installation which might give a fair idea on using it for MSP430 devices as well.

I would like to know where I can get/buy this new C-gang programmer? and is the definition of the C-Gang connector the same as that of the MSP programmer?

Hello,

You can order it from this link: https://www.ti.com/tool/C-GANG

The C-gang connector has a board that attaches to the programmer just like MSP-gang. The TMS, TCK, VCC and GND pins on that board will connect to the debug pins on the MSP430. The MSPM0 development guide provides more details on connections for C-gang on page 47: https://www.ti.com/lit/slaaed1. As long as the pinout is followed, it should work fine.
