Looking for power and current consumption for this device. Not clear to me in the datasheet.

Hi Michael,

I believe that the first page of the datasheet provides some information about the typical power draw of the device in various operating configurations. More specific power calculations can be made using the tables in Electrical Characteristics. What power consumption data are you looking for?

If both flash and RAM are executing simultaneously at 25MHz, would the max current draw be 14mA + 8mA = 22mA?

The current draw wouldn't be additive as those tests were run independently. In a real use case, the Flash and RAM would not be accessed at the same time, and would very in access times depending on the program being run. Those tests also don't include power draw from other peripherals that you may need.
