MSP430FR5969-SP: Frequency of self-reset SEEs

Part Number: MSP430FR5969-SP

Tool/software:

Hi,

I just wanted to doublecheck my interpretation of the SEE Test Report for this part. Table 12 seems to imply that an MSP430FR5969-SP in LEO (ISS) orbit will uncontrollably power down and reboot once every 1.02e-1 years, or every ~36 days. Is this a correct interpretation? I'm concerned about how frequent this is for a mission that doesn't intend on having a simultaneously-running MSP430 in parallel
