The oscillator is active devices, completely determined by external circuits.

I assume you are talking about crystal (and used to USSXTAL), then it related to crystal itself and driven circuit, so there is no maximum jitter can be provide in micro-controller side.

I also checked the datasheet and internal data base, no such parameter is provided.

As per your reply, I am assuming that MSP430FR6047 internal circuitry will have zero jitter in USS module clock. Specifically in PLL.

Am I correct?

Hi Kumar,

Typically PLL will introduce some jitter in my perspective, while we do not maintain this kind of data.

The USSPLL clock is dedicated for USS operation, I think this won't impact your application as if you set a proper crystal for USSXTAL.

What is your concerning on this?
