MSP430FR2000: Driving cap with GPIO

For MSP430FR2000IPW16R, is it bad design practice to have a GPIO drive directly a 0.1uF cap?

Using GPIO to provide power for SN74AXC1T45 VCCB, so its power supply decoupling. Seems we should add a small resistor.

So worst case, we will see a current spike close to IMAX from the curves below, so 20mA or so. That should be OK from an ABSMAX current standpoint right?
