MSP430FR6047: External RESET for Microcontroller

My question is my understanding is right that i cannot change external RC which needs to be limited by 47k and 2.2nF

Your understanding is correct. It is not recommended to exceed the limit of the RC value. 

Do you have a suggestion as in how can i delay my reset 
So that i can make it rise after my VCC is fully stabilised 0.7 of VCC
2.I am Planning to place 1nF on my Test pin as one document says it is sensitive to fast edges do you see any challenge in placement of 1nF.

In your case, I would say changing the RC value is the only option for you even though it is not recommended to do that.

Yes but that will not allow me to do programming 
So how should i take of that

You can still program, just there will be a risk for a programming fail. 

I do not think it is necessary to add 1nF on the TEST pin.

Well, there is no other options left to let voltage on reset pin raise slower. You can try with different values and check if it can still program with that setting.

It is the sourcing and sinking capability during normal functioning. And the current is +-2mA on a GPIO.

Then can you explain me what does +-48mA mean ?

This table is used to show the voltage drop on the GPIO pin at different current condition. The current on an IO exceeds 2mA in that table. Well, it is just test conditions. In below figure, the IO current even exceeds 20mA. The current data here only shows what voltage level on that IO pin should be at certain current condition. It does not mean you should apply > +-2mA on any GPIO pin.

But that is Its sinking Capabilities
What about its sourcing capability is it same that means it just give me 2mA of current at output

At a second thought, the +-2mA should be referring to the ESD diodes inside the IO pin. So, the sinking and sourcing limit are required by the condition below

2.how you are relating all GPIO current source and sinking capabilities with all combined together i need of each

1. Yes, I think the 2mA is ESD diode current

2. It does not have separate data for each IO. If you ask me, I would say you can apply +-6mA on any GPIO pin.

3. There is a limit and the limit is max 48mA for all GPIO as a combination.

3.Combination as in if i am using 4 GPIO i can source 40/4 mA and if i am using 10 GPIO i can source or sink 10/48 mA of current?

Yes. I would say the GPIO sourcing & sinking capability is around +-6mA.

The total sourcing current should not exceed 48mA and the total sinking current should not exceed 100mA. It does not matter how many GPIO you used, only the total current counts.
