What is the sampling frequency range of the 24-bit Sigma-Delta ADC (SD24_B module) in the MSP430F6779 microcontroller? Up to what harmonic this MCU can calculate with the 24-bit resolution for the ADCs?

Hi Maryam, this depends on several factors including the fMOD freq. the OSR, and the effective output sample rate. with this in mind,

OSR = 256 --16kHz

OSR = 128 -- 32kHz

OSR = 64 -- 64khz

OSR = 32 -- 128kHz (MAX)

Thank you. but fMOD freq is not 1MHz? and lower OSR does not reduce precision of ADC?
