Can i use Timer pin for trigger DMA as well as GPIO to intergace LCD. I dont want timer output i use timer only for trigger DMA.

You can use a timer event (IFG) to trigger DMA. This is independent of any pin functions.

The possible timer triggers (1-8) are listed in data sheet (SLAS566G) Table 9-12.
