Hi Maryam,
Will loop our experts to give you response soon.
Thanks!

Hi Maryam,
This implementation does not do the harmonic calculations but does provide the raw results for an external processor to formulate the harmonic results.
Our new MSPM0 + ADS131M0x implementation will do THD, but not individual harmonics, again an external processor would need to take the raw results and calculate the harmonics.

Luke
Hi Luke,
Thank you for the clarification.
What is the difference between MSPM0 library and MSPM430 energy metering library, in terms of parameter calculations?
Another question is that, in your eco system, which MCUwould you recommend for the core in charge of harmonic calculations up to 63th order for 27 channels?
Thank you very much.
Maryam
Luke,
Please be kindly aware that I am still waiting for your response.
Thanks,
Maryam
Hi Maryam,
There are some additional parameters calculated in the MSPM0 library as it was based off the M4F solution that we had at TI. The MSP430 has some specific filters and optimizations done with the 430 instruction set.
I believe we have a separate thread with regards to the MCU to do harmonics, the main needs are a processor that can calculate the amount of FFTs required for the large amount of harmonics and channels you require.
