CCS 4.1.2 - Errors when trying to do "Uninstall"

Dear Support Team,

I would like to upgrade the CCS to a newer version v5.1.0.
When I try to uninstall the old version, I get the following error.

Running in “Administrator” mode does not help.
 

Could you assist please?
