Tool/software:
I am trying to connect the launchpad to a new windows PC I just got. It only has USB3.2 and USB4
The launchpad connects fine on my old pc on USB2
I tried uninstall the CCS installation and re-install without change in the error.

I tried to use the browser instead of the CCS, I had same issue.
When I look at the com ports, the TI driver is loaded on COM4 without errors. I unplug, and see com4 disappear. It re-appears when I reconnect.
I am thinking it is the USB compatibility. is it possible? someone is using USB3.2?
Any other ideas?
