I am trying to use a MSP-FET using MSP430 Flasher version 1.3.0 and USB MSP430driver version "MSP430_FET_Drivers 1_0_1_1" on Windows 11 PC. When I run an update command in the terminal it says "COM <- already in use" and "Driver: closed (MSP DebugStack not initialized)".

Hi Justin,

There is another thread discussed about the similar problem that COM already in use, could you please check whether the workaround in below thread?

I do not have CCS installed on the PC. I am trying to just use the command prompt instead to run command "MSP430Flasher -i NO_TARGET -n" just to prove that I have the latest FW version of the FET. I am also able to see COM4 is MSP Debug Interface and COM5 is MSP UART.
