Hi,
-I need to know can i configure pin number 74 as output low as in my case i wont be using LCD and how can i do it.

-If i leave the pin as floating what are the risks involved

-My PCB is released and i have not connected it to DVSS as mentioned in datasheet so i need to know if through firmware i can connect it to DVSS.

    Hi Harsh,

    Pin 74 is not mapped to a GPIO port. Unfortunately, this means there is no way to connect it to DVSS through firmware. If the LCD is disabled, leaving that pin floating should be ok. It might draw some power.

    Hi Brain,
    No worries i have few queries
    1.As you said it might draw some power but can i disable LCD section through firmware and the pin is analog still you think it will draw power
    2.What was the Main Reason why we have to connect this pin to ground if unused what might be a problem.

    3.Do you see any EMI/EMC related issue with this?
    4.Once i have completely disabled my LCD section through firmware please check impact on floating pin on meteorology part or normal functioning of controller.
