Is it possible to increase sampling rate of energytrace using XDS110?

Is yes, could you let me know how to increase it?

It would be good if sampling rate is > 100kHz.

Hi Kasai,

Base ENERGYTRACE is limited to running at 4.2kHz in free run mode or depending on the debugger and speed mode, ENERGYTRACE++ runs at up to 3.2kHz. However, this can be increased when using the XDS110 EnergyTrace HDR Debug Probe Add-On.
